Axed Lost actress Michelle Rodriguez was sentenced to one hundred and eighty days in prison, without early release, for breaking probation on her previous DUI and hit and run convictions. Rodriguez admitted that she’d skipped out on her community service orders and is obviously such a booze hound that she couldn’t stop herself from getting drunk multiple times while wearing a monitoring bracelet for the ninety day period dictated by her probation order. Shame on you!

Rodriguez was cut from the cast of Lost in 2006 when she got fined $500 and jailed for 5 days after being caught speeding on the Hawaiian island of Honolulu, where Lost is filmed. A string of crimes ranging from assault to driving while under the influence and hit and run shows Rodriguez as an unreformed undesirable. I’m not surprised they didn’t want to keep her on the show.

As much as I liked her hard-woman performance in Lost and also in Resident Evil, I think she’s taken the characters to heart and is acting out her bad girl image in real life. Don’t forget that we’ve seen her in a sissy dress trying to look like an innocent princess, prancing around for the cameras at all the award ceremonies. Or was she packing a gun and a hip flask of whiskey tucked into her garter belt? If I’m honest, that wouldn’t surprise me one bit.
